Got a call from this number claiming to be BT, saying they needed to test everyone’s internet speed due to phasing out cable phones. Told them I already had an appointment, but they just wouldn’t listen. You can’t just expect folks to stop everything for them, it’s not on. If they’re doing this to loads of people, they’re gonna make a lot of enemies. They clearly couldn’t care less about what the customer says or needs. Total chaos, as per usual.
