Beware, got a call from someone saying they were from BT about an upgrade and new router. They asked me to switch on my laptop but as soon as I said I couldn’t, they just cut the call. Funny thing is, I’d just had my router sorted by a real BT technician, which I totally forgot to tell them. Proper scam, I reckon!
