Someone rang up my missus claiming her name was on file and the warranty for our fridge/freezer was about to expire. She cooly (well, sort of) told them all the insurance stuff is my job. Then, just to clear things up, she mentioned we don’t actually own a combined fridge/freezer, just two different fridges. Finally, she made it clear they only talk to genuine businesses, not dodgy scammers like that caller.
