I got this robocall from a number on O2 that sounded like it was some kind of investigation warning about my NI number being cancelled and they’d take all my stuff unless I sorted a debt. They told me to press 1. It’s clearly a scam because the number was really close to my own. I’ve tried contacting O2 but they don’t seem bothered at all. What can I do about it? This needs to be blocked somehow.
