Had a chat with TalkTalk’s online chatbot after reading some comments here, and let me tell you, these people are total SCAMMERS. They try to get you to install "TeamViewer - Quick Support" on your phone or laptop. From what I gathered, TalkTalk already know about this trick, but I haven’t got any warning emails from them. What really puzzles me is how they even found out I was with TalkTalk in the first place!!!
