Its really frustrating when you block one number but they just ring you from loads of others, total scam!

A lady with an Indian accent called me asking for my age, and when I gave her my old address - which I haven’t lived at for more than 15 years - she got all suspicious. Then she just hung up on me. Feels like one of those phishing scams to me.

Got a call from 07711225507, said they were from UK Pride. They had my name and address already, which was a bit creepy, then started asking about my age range. I asked what was the point of that since he hadn’t given me any proper reason. He got a bit rude, saying he didn't want my exact DOB, just if I was in my 30s, 40s, or 50s so they could match me with some lifestyle stuff. Definitely sounded like some call centre from Asia fishing for info. I've blocked the number now.

I asked him what company he was calling from and how Jane got my number, then he wanted me to confirm my name and a house number that wasn’t even right. After that, I just told him where he was calling from and ended the call.

Wow, today’s been crazy with nuisance calls! Right after some scammer called me, another bloke phoned and when I called him out for being a con artist, he just ended the call straight away.

I got calls from this number, but it turns out some dodgy people are faking it. They've been pretending to be this number to scam others. I've already told the police and Action Fraud about it. Best to ignore any calls and never share your details. The real owner of this number isn't the one ringing you.
