Got a call from a woman speaking with an Indian accent saying she's from BT. She told me my internet speed was really slow and that BT had already emailed me about it. I asked her to verify who she was by telling me the last four digits of my account number, but she couldn’t. Then she tried to get my mobile number, which I refused to give. After a short chat, I ended the call. Later, I tested my internet speed and it was fine, plus I never received any email from BT. Definitely a scam.
