They claimed it was from the bank's security team, but I just ended the call straight away.

I got a call on my home phone from someone saying they were from my bank’s security team. They told me there were two suspicious charges on my card and to press 2 if I didn’t recognise them. I knew straight away it was dodgy, so I pressed 2. Then some bloke with a pretty rough grasp of English kept saying "hello" over and over. I told him I had to answer the door and asked him to wait. After around ten minutes, I checked back and found he’d disconnected. Figured I might as well waste their time and make them pay for the call!
