Somebody called me claiming they were from BT and said there was an issue with my WiFi router. I reckon it’s a scam - first off, if BT were genuinely contacting me about a problem, they wouldn’t use a setup where the call only goes through after I pick up. Plus, I don’t imagine BT themselves would speak about a “WiFi router” like that. Felt a bit dodgy to me.
