I've had it with this firm bothering my 89-year-old dad constantly. When my poorly daughter tries to answer the phone for her grandad because these people just won't accept a no, they start shouting threats, saying they'll keep ringing him every 6 minutes. It's absolutely awful! I'm going to report them for this behaviour. They should feel ashamed, proper bullies all of them.
