Got a text at half past one in the morning saying I’d missed a DPD delivery. I was waiting for a parcel but something about the message felt dodgy, so I didn’t bother clicking the link. Turns out, the actual parcel was dropped off later that day by Royal Mail.

Was waiting on a parcel from DPD today and then got a text saying I missed the delivery, supposedly from them, at around 8 in the morning. Felt a bit dodgy about it straight away. Had a quick look on this site, and sure enough, it turned out to be a scam. Sent the message over to 7726, the national number for reporting sms fraud.

Got a dodgy text from someone pretending to be DPD, included a suspicious link. Definitely not legit.

Got a text supposedly from “DPD” asking if I wanted to reschedule a delivery. Thing is, I actually had a legit DPD package arrive just a couple days back. So, I figured I’d be safe and look up the website they gave, typing in the link “dpd.booking****.com” on my tablet - and it just said the page doesn’t exist. Seemed fishy to me!
