Got a ring at about 2.22pm, some lady claimed to be from BT. She asked for me by name, then wanted my postcode but the one she mentioned didn’t seem right. She went on about cutting my bill by 35%, then asked if I'd been with them over 16 years. I said roughly, so she wanted my DOB. I told her if she has my details, she should tell me my birthday first. She kept pushing me to say it, and when I refused again, she just hung up. Sounded like she got really frustrated. Number’s blocked now.
