Not too sure if this was a scam or not, felt a bit sketchy. The caller claimed to be from Three, but the number showed up as being linked to O2. They mentioned some kind of discount on my mobile bill and straight off asked me how much my last bill was. I told them I wasn’t going to give out that info and that I’d ring them back myself. Then they tried to give me a different phone number instead of the usual Three contact. She said her name was Saran and gave an ID number 1203. Honestly, I wouldn’t trust it at all.
