When I phoned Direct Line myself, they told me they don’t handle RTA claims at all. This caller claimed since it wasn’t my fault, I should get anywhere between £1820 and £4445 or even more. The annoying part is, they won’t give me any number to ring back, saying it’s an outbound-only call centre.
