Total scam! This 'dvia' was claiming they owe me a refund. Problem is, I don’t even own a car, let alone have any money they should be giving back. Stay well clear of these people!

This was definitely a scam. I got a call saying it was the DVLA Swansea office trying to get in touch, with a link to click for details. The website looked really dodgy, something like http://tax-disc.gov.uk.dvla mat _pwiinfo.htmi. Be careful with these sorts of messages, they’re clearly not legit!
