This bloke said he was from Microsoft, offering to fix my sluggish laptop. He asked me to open some sort of window so he could 'help' remotely, but I knew he was after something dodgy like planting malware. I put him on speaker and had a laugh with my mates while I fobbed him off. After a bit, he twigged I was having a right laugh at his expense, started swearing, threw out a load of abuse, and then just chucked the phone down.
