This has gotta be a scam call, no doubt about it. They always go for the classic trick of messaging just 'Mum', making it seem personal and urgent. Usually, the message says something like ‘My phone’s busted, text me back now on this new number.’ I’ve gotten loads of these and they’re clearly designed to play on parents' worries about their kids.
