Some bloke called me claiming to be Oliver from this HG UK firm, talking about putting cavity wall insulation in my house. Told him I was in the middle of work and asked him not to ring again. He insisted he had to call back. I asked nicely once more for him not to, but then he just shouted, "I'll call you back, you f###king ######!" quite rude if you ask me.
