I got a call from someone claiming I'd been in an accident, and when I asked for more info, they got really nasty. Then they threatened to come to my place that very evening. Honestly, it left me pretty worried.

Sounds like one of those automated calls to me. If you pick up and say something like "hello, HELLO?", they probably share your number with telemarketing companies and then get ready for nonstop calls for ages.

At least five calls a day from this number, they keep coming through. When I try calling it back, it says the number isn’t valid or doesn’t exist. Seems pretty suspicious to me. Even after I blocked it, the phone still keeps buzzing with calls.
