Hi, this is Hannah here. I got a call from someone saying they’re from the accident department and that I was in some kind of accident. Thing is, I don’t even have a driving licence! So I just blocked the number straight away.

Got a text from this number claiming my Apple ID was locked and I needed to click a link to fix my iTunes account. Since I don’t even use iTunes, I just ignored the message.

I got a call from someone saying they were from HSBC and wanted to verify my account info, but they didn't actually know my phone number. It sounds dodgy to me, probably a scam. I'll ring the bank myself and see what's going on before doing anything.
