Received a call from someone claiming to be from Marks and Spencer. They wanted me to verify my name and address, but before I gave anything away, I asked who they were. They said their name but still kept pushing for my details. Felt a bit dodgy, so I just ended the call.

When I finally picked up, there was silence on the other end until I told them I’d report the call as harassment to the police. Then the person said my maiden name and just ended the call! Strange behaviour, honestly. I’ve blocked the number now but from past experience, they’ll just try again from a different one. Does anyone recognise who they might be working for?
