Got a call from an Asian woman on a mobile who claimed I’d filed a PPI claim back in 2014 (which I might have, but it got sorted years ago). She said I’d won £1,883 - quite a precise sum, which made it sound believable. Before asking for my bank info to ‘send the cash’, she double-checked my address. I told her if it was legit, she already had my details and should post a cheque instead. Right after that, she just ended the call. Definitely a dodgy scam.
