they never really say who they are but the link kinda hints at evr or something like that, spelling looks off from the real site tho. basically the usual message about a parcel they couldnt deliver like other folks have said.

So got a call from Evri saying they couldn’t deliver my package unless I paid a fee. They wanted me to follow some link, but it seemed fishy, probably a scam!
