I called BT yesterday and they told me no such call was made or logged. Yesterday, the caller ID was 01596874521. Today, it was 07708304694. They kept insisting I log onto my laptop, but I told them I’d forgotten the details since I haven’t used it in ages. They just kept pushing me though, asking over and over.

Got a call today, different number, about some supposed computer virus. Yesterday they said they were from BTI, but I checked with BT themselves and they said no calls had been made from them. The number yesterday was 01596874521, and today it was 07708304694. They kept trying to get me to log into my laptop, but I told them I couldn’t remember the password as it hasn’t been used for ages. They kept persisting though, which was a bit annoying.
