Some bloke claimed he was ringing about a rebate for tax on things like mileage and working from home, but honestly his tone was awful. I just hesitated a sec before picking up and he immediately got all stroppy. No surprise he's stuck doing cold calls - you'd think a proper company wouldn’t keep someone who can’t keep their cool like that.
