Got a message saying it was the NHS, telling me I’d been ‘pinged’ by track and trace - total phishing scam!

I got a text from this number saying: "You’ve been near someone who’s been in isolation. Please get a test kit: https://pcr-self-testkit.com." Is this actually a legit Government ‘track and trace’ message? I don’t have any tracing app on my phone and my Bluetooth has always been off.
