Hermes have gone and switched up their phone number yet again. I got a text saying "Sorry we missed you. To arrange your Redelivery, please go to Https://rescheduling-hermes.com". What annoys me is that I was actually home waiting for a parcel! Imagine if someone wasn’t in and thought the message was legit? This is especially dodgy now, with all the parcels flying around this time of year. Makes it even trickier for folks when deliveries are everywhere.
