I've found myself in a similar predicament. Received a message purporting to be from Royal Mail, so I decided to ring up, only to be met with a greeting from a Giff Gaff number. I was home the entire day, expecting a parcel... I won't kid you, this one nearly had me fooled. After I clicked the rebooking link and realised I’d have to fork out more cash for delivery, it all started to smell a bit fishy. Definitely dodgy!

I received a rather peculiar message stating that they attempted to drop off a parcel for me. It went on to say I should reply to arrange a more convenient delivery time. Oddly enough, I was home the entire day, so it struck me as a bit unusual.
