I got a call from 07707679765, saying they were from Currys or PC World about my contract. Something felt off straight away - the guy wouldn’t listen when I said no, kept interrupting and pushing me to get a new contract with some ‘limited time one-day offer’ for an iPhone. What’s more, he never asked for my name or checked if I was the actual contract holder, which seemed pretty dodgy. I’m pretty sure genuine callers would do that. The bloke sounded Indian with quite broken English, so yeah it was a definite scam call in my view. Thought I should flag it up here.
