Got a call from someone saying they're with the DVLA and that I’m due a refund, seemed a bit dodgy if you ask me.

Got a message from dvia saying I was overpaid and to fill out a form to get £103 back? Sounds dodgy to me. Something’s not right here. Definitely don’t click any links - it’s probably a scam.
