I checked the link they sent and it goes to a site that was only just registered today. Definitely a COVID scam, no doubt about it.

Got a dodgy message claiming to be from the NHS app. If it was legit, I reckon they’d have got in touch through the proper NHS channels, not some random text! Total scam.
