Some bloke named David Nichols rang up claiming he was a high court enforcement officer. He said there was a court order and he was coming to pick up stuff from my place in less than an hour to settle a debt. He said he’d serve a writ in person, but he never showed up. We hadn’t got any letters or anything from the court beforehand. He sounded quite legit though. I told him we’d dispute the so-called judgement and have it cancelled, even though there wasn’t any judgement to begin with. Pretty sneaky con if you ask me.

I got a call from someone called David Nicholls claiming to be an enforcement officer from a firm called M Lloyd & Co. He kept saying we owed money and said he was just 45 minutes away. He warned that if we didn’t pay up, goods would be taken. Honestly, don’t fall for it - it’s a total scam!
