I got a message just like that, but I think it was dodgy since the link started with http, not https. Felt a bit off to me.

Received a text from this number saying there was a security issue with my paypal. It seemed dodgy so I didn’t touch the link, especially since it had a weird .pw ending. Reported it straight away to paypal and now just waiting to hear back from them. Definitely felt like a scam to me.
