So I got a call claiming to be from the national insurance office. The person said my insurance was being frozen and I had to get in touch immediately. The robot voice told me to press one to speak to someone, so I did. A woman said hello, I replied, and then she just hung up straight away. Went to call back but the number just comes up as unknown every time. My partner had the exact same call about 10 minutes earlier. Feels like a proper scam to me.
