Got a message that said, "Hey mum, add this number, I dropped my phone in the loo and my SIM’s busted. Ring me when you can." So I called back and it just went straight to voicemail. Later on, I checked with my kids and it definitely wasn’t them. Now I’m left wondering if this was some sort of scam or if they could actually access info from my phone?

Got this bloke calling me up, threatening to bust down my door unless I start dealing drugs for him. He says his name’s John Fisher. Proper scary stuff.

Been getting texts from someone acting like they’re the daughter I always wanted but never had. Really throws you off!

Got a txt from +44 7707 225705 saying 'Hey mum, this is my new number for now. Dropped my phone in the loo, probably knackered it x'. Only my son would say that, but he never puts xxx at the end. Rang him up and his phone's fine. Definitely a scam - stay alert, block the number and don’t get caught out!
