Got a call claiming to be from EE saying they couldn’t take my monthly payment. They sent me a link to sort out the payment details. Feels a bit dodgy to me, not sure if it’s legit or a scam!

Got a text from +44 7707 008314 claiming to be EE, saying they couldn't process my bill payment and included a link to sort it out. I was certain it was a scam since my bank statement showed the payment had already gone through. Definitely don’t tap on any links in surprise messages or emails, especially if they ask for your banking info or personal details. Better to be safe than sorry!
