Got a call from someone going on and on about new laws on insulation, kept insisting it wasn’t a sales pitch. Took ages to get a word in, and when I finally said I was tied up, they just cut me off. Proper rude, hope their company tanks.

Got a call about some “loft insulation” stuff, but they never really explained what it was about. When I told them I wasn’t interested and asked to be removed from their list, they actually called me a “d####thead”. Proper rude.
