SCAM ALERT - Got a text from this number claiming to be Royal Mail saying I owed £1.09 and to click a link that looked legit... but it's a total scam! Royal Mail never sends texts like that. If you owe any money, they actually send a letter through the post, not a message. Also, there’s no such thing as a £1.09 fee. Watch out and don’t click anything from them!

Received a text from +447706737405 on Monday 21 June 2021 at 16:16, supposedly from Royal Mail saying I owe £1.09 for a parcel. The message had a dodgy link like https://royalml-74tredelivery{s###}iroyalmail and said to pay up or they’d send it back. I haven’t ordered anything through Royal Mail recently, so it’s clearly a phishing attempt trying to get my card info. Total scam.
