Got a call from 07706677252, they were going on about the pandemic and some sort of filtering thing. I mentioned my partner’s job in filtration - he actually works for Porvair Filtration and could sort out any filtering we need. But the person on the other end didn’t believe me, got quite rude, and then just dropped the call.

Just got a call like that a couple minutes ago. They said we’d already discussed cavity wall insulation or something like that. I ended the call straight away.

The person said he was calling from the conservation office and asked if I was Martin (which I’m not). Then he started on about cavity wall insulation we supposedly got done years ago, which isn’t true. I told him I wasn’t interested and ended the call.

I was trying to organise for someone to do a loft inspection just to check if the insulation was fibreglass. The bloke tried to scare me by saying we wouldn’t be able to sell the house down the line because of the fibreglass in the loft. I said I wasn’t planning on selling anytime soon. Then he muttered something I couldn’t catch and just hung up. Proper unprofessional tosser!
