Got a dodgy text out of the blue saying it was a tracing alert. It claimed I’d been near someone with the new variant, even though I don’t have any contact tracing app on my phone. The message told me to hit a link to get a free PCR test, which seemed super sketchy to me.

Got a text saying I've been near someone with covid. It had a link: trace.testkit-pcr-uk.com/order but I can't see anything about it being connected to the NHS anywhere. Bit suspicious if you ask me.
