Got a call from a bloke with an Indian or Pakistani accent claiming to be from Amazon. He said they’d got an order for an iPhone and asked if it was me or if my details had been misused. I cut him off straight away, asking if he was going to confirm data protection stuff and if he could give me my Amazon account number. Right after that, he just ended the call. Seems like he might’ve been aiming to trick me into handing over bank or card info, probably to send a fake refund and nick my money.
