Got a call from a robotic woman saying that my account showed two Amazon payments (£300 and a bit over £1000) which she claimed were suspicious, and I could press a number to “speak to a representative” about it. Erm, no cheers. Nothing weird has happened with my bank details and I’m planning on keeping it that way. Sounds dodgy to me. I hung up straight away and I’m blocking that number. They said the code was supposed to be Shaftesbury/Donhead, but that’s definitely not right. Stay clear of it!

I just got a message saying I’d supposedly opened an account with SANTAN - definitely a scam! They told me to check their website if I hadn’t done it. Didn’t reply and deleted the text straight away.
