Got no clue who called me from that number.

Had a call from this number, some bloke going on about my computer having issues. I could tell straight away it was dodgy, so I started asking daft questions just to waste their time and make them spend more cash. After a while, I told him I didn’t get what he was saying and he sounded a bit fed up. Then I said I don’t even own a computer, so what’s he ringing me for? Called him a muppet and he quickly hung up. Classic scam call!

Had a call from some bloke with an Indian accent, sounded like a total scammer trying to con me.

They rang me earlier but I ignored it and now I’ve just blocked them. What a bunch of muppets.

So this bloke kept quizzing me about my PC at home, and after loads of questions I started to smell a rat. I asked where he was ringing from and then the line just dropped. Watch out, they might try to get you to give them remote access under the pretence of fixing or updating something, but they could grab your bank details and other personal info.

this person called me and knew my name, saidive got an issue with my computer at home and wanted to fix it by logging in. when i asked which company he was ringing from, he just ended the call straight away.
