There was a really awkward silence at the start before they finally asked if I was a certain person. I kept asking who they were a few times but they just ignored me. Then they threw out some random person’s name instead of a company and started saying I’d paid too much for some kitchen gear and they wanted to sort out a refund! I’ve never bought anything like that, so I’m pretty sure they were fishing for my bank info. I just ended the call straight away.
