Just like others have said, they say they're from EE and claim there's a problem with my bank not taking a payment.

I got a call saying my mobile phone contract payment couldn’t go through because of my bank details, and they wanted me to update them straight away.

Got a text saying my EE direct debit didn’t go through and it had a link to fix payment info. Total scam, cos the phone number was an 02 one and I’ve had no problems paying EE at all.
