Got a call from someone saying they were from EE, checking if I was satisfied with my service. I asked the person to prove they had my info by telling me my name. They hesitated and said ‘Uh, this is just a courtesy call, we don’t actually have your details, are you even with EE?’ I told them I wasn’t an EE customer and asked if this was some sort of scam. They just ended the call straight away.
