Phone guy claimed he was calling from BT. I told him I’m not a BT customer but he said BT still owns the lines no matter who you use. Then he started pushing some discount on my phone line and extra savings if you’re over 60. When I mentioned I thought landlines were being phased out soon in favour of internet calls, he just abruptly ended the call. Felt very dodgy to me, probably a scam.
