Got a call from someone with a strong foreign accent claiming they worked for some company like "Beneficial" or "Benefit" - couldn’t quite catch it right. When I asked her to say the company name again, she seemed a bit annoyed. Then she started asking if my boiler was more than 8 years old or something. Didn’t bother listening after that, just ended the call.

Received a call from this number, some foreign bloke telling me I got my surname wrong. I corrected him, and then he just hung up on me. Blocked the number straight away.

Received a call asking about the age of my boiler - whether it was more than 8 years old. Told them it wasn’t any of their business and just ended the call!

The bloke on the phone had a really strong accent, so I couldn’t catch his name or the company he was with. He mentioned something about possibly getting a refund or a free boiler if I had a loan, which left me a bit puzzled. After we finished, there was a taped message that said something like "beneficial opinion {###}". They said you can avoid their surveys by either calling 01138680340 or checking out their website.

wouldn’t recommend dealing with this. some really pushy lady from a place called Benefit called me, claiming i had a huge sum owed to me. i calmly asked her to take me off their call list, but she just kept talking over me non stop. from the start she was very rude and way too forceful, seemed more like bullying than just sales tactics. it got so bad i had to just hang up the phone. avoid if you can!
