This sounds dodgy to me, usually call centres have numbers that you can actually ring back. It's so bad, OFCOM really should step in and make these companies take responsibility for this.

Got scammed by CoinGate, they’re holding 31,000 euros and want to charge me a 3% fee before I can get it back. What a bunch of absolute wankers. Proper dodgy scammers, stay clear!

Total scam! Some guy with a strange accent called me claiming he was from Coingate, telling me I supposedly had a $31,000 account there. I didn’t buy it for a second and just blocked the number immediately!
