I was expecting an Uber delivery and saw on the map that the driver was nearly at my place when my home phone started ringing. Got a text from an Uber Eats driver saying “Yoldayım.” Had to look it up since I didn’t know what it meant - apparently, it’s Turkish for “I’m on my way.” He eventually showed up about 25 minutes after that.

In the middle of the night I kept getting calls from a voice saying "hello" over and over, sounded like they had a weird accent.

I arranged for an Uber to take me to Normanton, scheduled between 11 and 11:30, but to my utter dismay, nobody turned up. I’ve seen that this driver has received quite a few complaints, which raises concerns about the service. It’s truly disheartening for all the frustrated passengers out there. I sincerely hope this situation is brought to the attention of Uber, as it’s clear this individual ought not to be on their roster any longer.
